Les deux parties acceptent de se soumettre à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux de Lausanne, Suisse, pour la résolution de tout litige de ce type.

An example of a data source is O.F.F. under ODBL license, which operates in a collaborative mode.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of the use of Skanoo / Humanais AI services shall be governed by the laws of Lausanne, Switzerland. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, for the resolution of any such dispute.
